We are a small batch specialty gourmet coffee roaster. We carry a more diverse variety of coffees than most roasters, having over 30 different coffees on hand all the time. This collection of different coffees and our commitment to freshness is what makes us different from the other roasters out there.

We have used our capacity and experience to supply everyone from local restaurants and national companies with wholesale service, and we also retail one and half pound bags out the front door. We use a San Franciscan 25 lb. steel drum roaster which will have its 15th birthday at the end of this year.

We prefer a drum roaster because it gives us total control of our roast profiles, and allows us to adapt on the fly. We try our best to be green by recycling our bags, promoting Press coffee, and using an afterburner which burns up almost all of our volatile emissions and collects large bags of coffee chaffe daily.
